2016 Rosé of Pinot Noir - Humboldt County
The perfect hot weather wine! Made from the martini clone 113 of Pinot Noir, this rosé offers aromas and flavors of strawberry, raspberry and rose petal! This is a special wine to us because we wanted to buy grapes from this small vineyard in Southern Humboldt County California for a few years now. These grapes are grown on Fruitland Ridge in Myers Flat at an elevation of 1000 plus feet. Great Pinot growing conditions exist there. The grapes are dry farmed! 2016 was the last of a serious three year drought in Cali, so, expect your pallet to be impressed!
